Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@tricomtraining.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
For TRICOM Shop items like knives, training knives, training gear, and select apparel, refunds are allowed with a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. No refunds outside of 30 days.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like selected TRICOM apparel and other made-to-order items that use print-on-demand companies in some of our products, these products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items. 

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, TRICOM Shop is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. 

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing errors, printing issues, and such. 

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. 

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be imposed by the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they purchase are acceptable for import under the customs laws and regulations of the relevant country.

Once the package reaches the destination country, our responsibility ends. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during the last-mile shipping or final delivery to the customer's address. Any claims or disputes regarding the last mile shipping should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier or relevant local authorities.

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions regarding import duties, customs compliance, and last-mile shipping responsibility.
