REFUND POLICY
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at shop@tricomtraining.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable laws and exceptions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please visit our EU Right of Withdrawal page and submit a withdrawal request.
Where applicable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with withdrawal requests unless otherwise required by law.
Certain products may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including personalized products and certain products produced specifically upon receipt of an order.
Restocking Fee
For selected TRICOM Shop products, including knives, training knives, training gear, and select apparel, approved refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if requested within 30 days of delivery.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from delivery unless required by applicable law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
Certain apparel and merchandise sold through the TRICOM Shop are produced specifically upon receipt of your order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners.
Because these products are manufactured individually and are not stocked in inventory, returns or exchanges are generally not available if:
• You ordered the wrong size
• You ordered the wrong color
• You provided incorrect shipping information
• You changed your mind after ordering
Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be modified or canceled.
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, damage, or fulfillment mistake, please contact us promptly. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or other appropriate remedy at no additional cost.
Where a replacement is approved due to a manufacturing or fulfillment issue, the original item generally does not need to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Personalized or custom-made products where permitted by applicable law
• Other products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
International Shipping
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that purchased products may be legally imported into the destination country and comply with all local laws and regulations.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import procedures, or actions taken by local authorities.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the destination country's postal service, courier, or customs authorities, delivery times and processing may be outside of our control.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these responsibilities regarding customs compliance, import charges, and international delivery.
