Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All TRICOM gear ships from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. We ship to most countries worldwide.

Processing time

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within a few business days. Polymer training knives (Fox Wihongi MOA and TOA trainers, including those in live + trainer combos) are made to order and take 3 to 5 business days before shipping.

Shipping methods and rates

We ship with USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

United States: USPS options including Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express.

International: USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International.

Apparel and stickers

TRICOM apparel and stickers are printed on demand by our fulfillment partners. Because each item is made to order, they take additional time to produce and ship separately from other gear, with their own tracking number and shipping charge.

Aku Strike products

Aku Strike training knives and sheaths have their own flat shipping rate: $15 within the US, $75 to Australia and Oceania, and $130 to all other international destinations. Aku Strike products cannot ship to the European Union or to countries that require EU CE certification.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Orders that include apparel or stickers may arrive in multiple packages.

International orders

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees charged by your country. Knives, batons, and training weapons are restricted in some countries, so please confirm you can legally import and own an item before ordering. Lithium batteries are not included with SET Knife orders shipped outside the US. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at shop@tricomtraining.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
